- REX is one of Chicago contractors selected to participate in the US Department of Labor administered “OSHA Challenge Pilot Program.”
- Every REX employee receives mandatory safety training and is issued his or her own Field Safety Manual (add link to safety manual)
- REX offers specialized training in the 30-hour OSHA Construction Course, Asbestos, First Aid, CPR, Arc Flash Protection, Confined Space, Fall Protection and Fire-Stopping Techniques programs.
- REX is an industry leader in Arc Flash Protection, following the NFPA 70-E Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace. Also, REX self-imposes written “Energized Electrical Work Permit” forms that field supervisors complete before energized work begins.
