REX story

Experience Built on the Pride of the Past

When REX founder Angelo Perciabosco set up an electrical shop in the West Side of Chicago in 1921, the idea was simple: To help build the growing Chicago community. At the peak of a construction boom, REX helped build many of the historic high-rises that make up the Chicago skyline today. More importantly, they built relationships with customers and partners. Decades later, these relationships remain the foundation of who we are and what we do.

Under the steady leadership of former CEO Dominic M. Sergi, REX continued to grow and expand its offerings to help our customers and partners thrive. As a trusted solutions partner, REX added communications solutions, audio/visual, and a full service and maintenance team to its portfolio.

Now in it’s newest chapter as a part of Chugach Alaska Corporation, REX looks to the future to continue the tradition of customer service and technical excellence that we’ve been known for since 1921.
