The first quarter is finally here; it has
been a long winter. March has been a busy month
with St Patty's Day, Easter, March Madness, Base-
ball, these are all signs of warm weather is on its
way.
It was nice to see everyone at the Casa Italia
meeting. Thank you for filling out the surveys. This
time I received back 118 of them. After reviewing
them the issue of lack of communication between
office and field employees had seemed to grow more.
The Communication Committee has been meeting
once a month and I would like to especially thank
Dan Hartnett, Dave Benedetto, John Tautkus, Greg
Blaszynski and Steve Barry for their time and efforts.
Darron Murphy is heading this committee and has
some ideas that will be implemented by our next
meeting to help improve our communication skills.
Work in progress:
Estimators are now putting the letter numbers
on their proposals that they send to our Customers.
(Thank you to all!)
Reminder it is very important to get the field
drawings done A.S.A.P and sent to the office for
them to do the as-builds. Please send them to Mar-
tin Lettvin's attention. The Estimating department
has made field as-built labels for you to put the
proper job information. We will be putting them in
the job start folders.
Shortly Rex Electric will be dispersing new
L&M ticket books. L&M tickets will be bound in 25
tickets to a booklet with flip over protector/
separator, with a new numbering series designed for
2008.
Booklets will be logged to the recipients as to
what number series they posses and will be re-
sponsible for their book. Books will be turned back
in when finished and a fresh one will be issued. A
complete book should be returned and should in-
clude ALL pink copies, including voided tickets
and miswritten, etc. All L&M tickets must be
counted for. More information will be given as you
receive these.
I would like to introduce and welcome
our newest Team members:
Nikki Schroer is in the Purchasing Department.
Jay Dujua is the Accounts Receivable Coordinator
for Team Bosco.
Nick Cormella works in the warehouse.
Dario Brunetti is the suburban truck driver.
Bob Smith is the Chief Estimator in the Downtown
office.
James Bakhaus, Vito Abbinante, Will English are
Estimators in the Downtown office.
The ads you see in this newsletter are created by
our very own Nicole Johnson and then sent to the
editors of the magazines we advertize in. I would
like to thank her and think she is doing an awesome
job on them.
I would like to share with you and express
our sorrow to the following families for the loss of
their loved ones: Tom Wonsil's father passed away
and Doug Johnson's (from the C Division) wife has
passed away.
Customer Service begins on the inside
and works its way to the outside, not the
other way around.

Thank you and hope to see you soon!
