Payables activity.

employee manual, which I hope to have in all
of your hands within the next few weeks.

       As I write this, I am sitting on my lanai in
South Florida overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Things could be worse. I hear it's snowing in
Chicago. Ok, enough teasing. We are one
week away from the end of the 1st
 quarter
which is a welcome target for the Payroll and
Accounting areas. Now it's AP and Billing/
AR's time for fun. These departments usually
cranks up as we move into the spring and
summer months. Last year was a record bill-
ing year for Rex, as we invoiced $84 million
dollars! That's impressive. Congrats to Rosie
and her billing team for their part in getting
out all those bills and doing so with relatively
few errors. Congrats also to Cari and Silvana
for record payouts in the AP department. As
much as I hate to pay those bills, it goes with

Tom Wonsil who heads up our purchasing
department is now also running the ware-
house. He has done a great job organizing it
so if you haven't seen the warehouse lately
please stop out there. Tom has also got a
work shop set up in the warehouse and we
now supply our electricians with pre-
fabricated parts. Nikki Schroer is a new addi-
tion to the purchasing department. She assists
Tom in all of his purchasing department du-
